By accessing or purchasing from Budget Spending Express, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, prices, colors, and availability. Because screens can display colors differently, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your device.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order when necessary.

G-SHOCK Products

Our store is an independent seller/reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Casio or G-SHOCK unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any G-SHOCK trademarks, names, logos, and product designs belong to their respective owners.

We only describe products as authentic when we have a reasonable basis to make that representation.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other unusual circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled order.

Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Budget Spending Express is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
