Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is controlled by the carrier. Delays can occur because of weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us afterward and we will assist with the information available to us.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible at
